·         Senior technician and manager of 6 technicians, directly responsible for maintaining good relations and providing premium customer service for the Air Force Central Command (AFCENT) and Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) agencies.

·         Develop and execute section relevant policies, procedures, and other documentation in order to meet the Technical Control Facility’s 24 hour of operations and be in compliance with DISA standards.

·         Provide 24-7 technical support for AFCENT clients in diverse aspects of network architecture, operations, network hardware, software support, testing, and problem resolution.
